Как сказано в соответствующих справочных материалах, аудитория издания, это «лидеры мнений», все парламентарии, а также служащие не только Конгресса, но и Белого Дома. Именно у этих людей идея о том, что Россия должна быть разорвана на куски под их «чутким руководством» должна была найти поддержку и одобрение. И нашла, не сомневайтесь – иначе бы такие статьи в этой газете не печатали. Что до Януша Бугайски, то он — личность в Вашингтоне, особенно в определенных политических кругах, весьма известная и очень даже популярная. Особо котируется Бугайски в качестве «эксперта по России», периодически выдавая «на-гора» литературные труды по данному направлению. Названия – зачитаешься! «К пониманию действий России в Европе», «Новый империализм России», «Холодный мир». Ну, и так далее. Сказать об этом типе, что он отпетый, махровый и абсолютно законченный русофоб – это не сказать ровно ничего. Особо больной темой для него является Великая Отечественная война, а, вернее – «советская оккупация Восточной Европы и Прибалтики». Судя по некоторым его выступлениям в СМИ, каждое 9 мая у Бугайски наверняка приключается припадок, наподобие эпилептического. Закончив же биться в корчах, этот «публицист» неизменно требует, чтобы Россия «покаялась за преступления советского режима». И утверждает, что пока она этого не сделает, «в приличное общество», то есть в Западный мир пускать нашу страну нельзя категорически – с ее-то «имперскими традициями» и «стратегическими амбициями». Собственно говоря, именно с такого рода ахинеи Бугайски начинает и изложение плана по разрушению России и лишению ее государственности. Никакими западными санкциями «обуздать имперские устремления Москвы» не удалось! Следовательно, нужно переходить к более серьезным мерам. И, чтобы не изобретать велосипед, стоит вспомнить и применить методы, которые Запад использовал, работая на развал Советского Союза. И пусть автор называет среди таковых «поддержку демократизации, плюрализма и права на самоопределение российских регионов и этнических групп», нас в заблуждение это вводить не должно. Какими именно грязными способами уничтожали СССР, мы помним прекрасно. Самое замечательное, что Бугайски действительно свято верит в то, что Россия «находится в упадке» и « приближается к дроблению на части». Экономика наша, оказывается «в глубоком застое», уровень жизни «неуклонно снижается», а в регионах страны «нарастают волнения и конфликты». Писака не поленился подсчитать, что в 22 из 85 «субъектах федерации» проживают «нерусские народы». Вот они-то, по убеждению Бугайского, просто спят и видят – как бы это «стать успешными государствами», как только «Москва перестанет их эксплуатировать»! Сейчас они попросту «отстраняются от столицы», но еще чуть-чуть – и распад России попросту неминуем. РЕКЛАМА Впрочем, участь «успешных государств» Бугайски уготовил не для всех. Как и любой, кто мечтает о разрушении государства Российского, этот щелкопер не прочь посмаковать идею о разделе «добычи». Многие наши регионы, согласно его бредовым идеям, непременно приглянутся Японии, Китаю, Финляндии, и даже… Украине! И счастливо «воссоединятся» со всеми перечисленными «цивилизованными странами». Северный Кавказ, Сибирь, Дальний Восток и Поволжье, так уж и быть, смогут устраиваться по собственному разумению. Ну, то есть – не то, чтоб уж совсем по собственному… Ушлый Бугайски настоятельно рекомендует Западу «установить контакт» с различными регионами, чтобы впоследствии «управлять распадом» и всячески поддерживать их «переход к собственной государственности». Ну, что это означает на самом деле, пояснять, думаю, нет нужды? Под «государственностью» понимается статус колоний — с насаждаемыми из-за кордона марионеточными режимами и полной зависимостью от Запада. К чему в реальности неминуемо приведет реализация так истово пропагандируемого им сценария, Бугайски понимает прекрасно. Оттого и советует НАТО к «распаду России» подготовиться заранее. Но не только к «нештатным ситуациям и непредвиденным обстоятельствам», которые возникнут от неминуемой гражданской войны, что охватит половину России, как минимум.
