  3. Hey, there r busses from Ayvalik to Istanbul, which also run during the night, I would suggest u the brand "Kamil Koc" ... I see now on their site that the departure from Ayvalik is 23:30 pm and arrival Istanbul at 07:30 am, and the ticket fee is 52.- TL per person / per route, which is about 30.- USD for the time being, but unfortunately the web site is TR only, anyway u can check : http://www.kamilkoc.com.tr/default.asp There will be also some local bus companies running from Ayvalik to Istanbul, but besides, the major and reliable Liners are VARAN, ULUSOY, KAMIL KOC, PAMUKKALE etc ... Enjoy ur time in TR ... :)

  4. I want to add an interesting idea here. Bus+sea travel.. I do sometimes when i go to Ayvalik from Istanbul and way back. It s not going to be overnight travel. It s also faster too. i have checked IDO for 18th June but seems tickets are not on sale yet. But i m sure it will be on soon (summer season) If u buy also early u can get really very good prices. http://www.ido.com.tr/en/index.cfm Here is detail; Ayvalik to Bandirma by bus 223 km. There are always buses around in Ayvalik reaching to catch seabuses in Ayvalik. So u just need to book the day u arrive to Ayvalik. Bandirma to Yenikapi (Istanbul) by seabus Enjoy your trips all the best

  5. Havataş airport buses await the arrival of every ferry coming to Yenikapı, then whiz you out to Atatürk Airport for TL5.
